To participate in the Solidarity HealthShare Community, all members must activate an account on the Member Care Portal. Part of the account activation is the creation of your Solidarity Sharing Account on the Virtual Share Exchange ( Link Virtual Share Exchange)
Step 1: Accepting Disclosures
Before proceeding with your Sharing Account activation, please review and accept the following disclosures. By accepting these terms, you are agreeing to receive and execute documents electronically, and to comply with the terms outlined for each of the services offered.
Step 2: Submitting Required Primary Member Information
To complete your account activation, please provide the following details for the primary account holder. This information is essential for verifying your identity and ensuring that your account is set up correctly.
Step 3: Funding Your Account
To complete your account setup and begin using your services, you need to fund your account using one of the available payment methods. Select your preferred option below:
Available Funding Options:
- ACH: Transfer funds directly from your bank account. (Bank account details required).
Credit/Debit Card: Use your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card for a quick and secure deposit.
Step 4: Enable Auto Funding
To make your experience even more convenient, you can enable Auto Funding. This feature automatically adds funds to your share account on a recurring basis, so you never have to worry about manually funding your membership.
Unable to Verify Your Identity:
If you were unable to successfully validate your identity during the account setup, you will need to provide additional documentation to complete your registration and enable features like Auto Funding.
Please upload the following documents:
- Social Security Card: A clear, legible photo of your physical Social Security card.
- Government-Issued ID: A clear, legible photo of a government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or state ID).
Once your documents are submitted, allow 24-48 hours to review and verify your identity.
