Auto-sharing on your Monthly Contribution is a convenient way to ensure on-time payment. If you prefer, however, you can log into your Member Care Portal and manually pay your Monthly Contribution each month. Either method can be selected via your Member Care Portal.
**Reminder: Monthly Contributions are collected in the month prior to the sharing month.
Member Care Portal Steps to Adjust Auto-Sharing:
- Log in to the Member Care Portal.
- On the left navigation menu, select "Sharing"
- Select "Permissions"

Click “Edit” in Auto-Sharing section
- To enable auto-sharing, check the "Auto Sharing Enabled" box

If you turn it on – select an auto-sharing date from “Recurring” dropdown box (can select any date from the 15 – 25th)
IMPORTANT NOTE ON FAILED PAYMENTS: If auto-sharing is selected and there is a problem with your method of payment (e.g., expiration date, insufficient funds) auto-sharing will automatically revert to manual sharing. You will be notified of your failed payment by email, but we recommend monitoring that your Monthly Contribution is successful each month to avoid non-payment, which can result in an inactive Membership.

- To disable auto-sharing, uncheck the "Auto Sharing Enabled" box
- If auto-sharing is disabled, you will need to log into your Member Care Portal and fund the Monthly Contribution each month. Monthly Contributions must be made prior to the start of the Sharing Period.
- Be sure to save your changes, and then fully close out of the page. Do not press the back button to return to the home page. If you do not save your changes and then fully close out of the page, then your changes will not be saved.
