Solidarity Members enrolled in a Solidarity SAVVY or SHIELD Membership have the option to include a Misio RX $0 Co-Share prescription program as an ADD-ON. RX is not included in the base program for either SAVVY or SHIELD.
SAVVY Members have the option to choose from either a $0 Co-Share Generic program or a $0 Co-Share Acute program.
SHIELD Members may choose only the $0 Co-Share Generic program.

Solidarity Members can access Misio support 24/7 via phone at 833-777-1428.​ Misio support helps with portal sign-up, card issues, and pharmacy-related questions to resolve Member concerns while at the pharmacy.
Access via Member Care Portal​
Members who add a Misio RX option to their Membership will be able to access the Misio RX website via a link in their Member Care Portal under Pharmacy.
Misio Search Portal Set Up
Members who add a Misio RX option to their Membership will receive an email from Misio to the Primary Member's email to set up their Misio account. In the Misio portal, members can search for participating pharmacies in their area, search for the price of a specific medication, access a digital prescription card, and review their prescription history.
