Yes! Charges for the care and treatment of a medically diagnosed condition outside the United States is eligible for sharing in a few cases:
- when treatment outside the United States is financially beneficial,
- when traveling outside the United States or,
- when temporarily residing outside the United States
Remember, eligibility of these expenses is still subject to all the other provisions of the Guidelines. Another important note is that the medical billing must be submitted to Solidarity in English and in US dollars.
