How to do I resolve an error or failed payment for our Patron Group?

If you have a scheduled Group Monthly Contribution that fails or errors, update your payment method information in your Patron Center account. Then, reach out to our Member Development team at 844-313-4999, option 1, or memberdevelopment@solidarityhealthshare.org to assist you in resolving the issue.
