Is there anything I need to do to make sure my bill gets processed?

 

Depends on the provider and Timely Filing of medical need.

 

A provider or member submitted medical need must be submitted to Solidarity HealthShare within ninety (90) days of the date of service or the date of discharge, to be considered eligible for sharing.

 

Solidarity HealthShare Preferred Provider – has a direct agreement with us in which services rendered are pre-negotiated, fair, reasonable, and the provider bills us directly to ensure an efficient billing process.

Provider of Your Choice – Present your Member ID card and request that they bill Solidarity HealthShare directly (our billing information and Payor ID are on the back of your card).

Cash-Pay Discount (Member submitted) - submit the appropriate documentation which includes the paid receipt and superbill or itemized bill through your Member Care Portal.
