How long does it take for my bill to get processed?

Solidarity HealthShare acts as a good steward and facilitator of our Members' sharing dollars by following our Sharing Guidelines.

Medical bills are received directly from a provider or a Member and processed in the order in which it was received. For a Member submitted bill to avoid delays, an itemized medical bill and proof of payment (if applicable) must be submitted to be processed and repriced (if no proof of payment has been received).

The provider and member will receive an Explanation of Sharing (EOS) in the mail when the medical bill has completed processing. While we are working to make our processing times more efficient, this process can take up to 120 business days after receipt of completed medical need as described above.
