No, you can't sort the ShareStream. However, you can filter the stream by date range, post type, and keyword.
Simply click the "filter" icon to the right of the stream. A box will open where you can search/filter by date range, post type, and keyword.
To remove your filter, simply click the filter icon to the right of the stream and select the "reset" option.
