Memberships are voluntary and can be cancelled at any time. Please be mindful that Membership Monthly Contributions are paid in advance during the month prior.
We require a fully executed and submitted Voluntary Membership Withdrawal Form by the first (1st) day of the month prior to the desired cancellation date, according to our Sharing Guidelines.
If you want to exclude a Member from your Membership, please complete the Primary Member or Roll-Off Change Form.
