What types of conditions can TeleHealth be used for?

We have partnered with DialCare to give Members access to 24/7 Telehealth services for specific acute conditions, in an effort to provide additional resources for cost-effective medical care. The DialCare service comes at no additional cost to Members, but is already included in the cost of your Monthly Membership. 

 

The acute medical conditions that can be addressed via your DialCare services are:

  • Allergies
  • Fever
  • Respiratory Infections
  • Asthma
  • Gout
  • Sinus Infections
  • Bronchitis
  • Cold
  • Flu
  • Insect Bites
  • Skin Inflammations
  • Rashes
  • Sore Throat
  • Digestive Issues
  • Joint Aches & Pains
  • Urinary Tract Infections

PLEASE NOTE:

Virtual appointments that are scheduled and provided through your healthcare provider's office are not included in the DialCare service, and ought to be billed directly to Solidarity as a standard medical need. These will be treated as an in-office service, so long as the Member is an established patient at that provider's office prior to the virtual appointment.
