You may upload a profile picture from the Member Care Portal. Once signed into the Member Care Portal, click on your personalized icon at the top right corner and choose Account. Choose the tab labeled "Personal Information."
You may drag and drop your photo or browse for one from your computer files from this page.
After you upload your picture, use the "Save Profile" button to complete your changes.
