Congratulations!

We require that a Maternity Prenotification be submitted to our Medical Advocacy team, so we can determine eligibility for your maternity expenses. They will review your Prenotification and reach out to you to update you once it is approved.

Please have your Provider call our Service Experience Operations Team at 844-313-4999 option 3 to initiate the Prenotification. They will be able to provide all of the information we need over the phone, and fax the necessary clinical notation for review.

After the Prenotification is approved, our Maternity Advocate will follow up with you to help you set up billing arrangements with your provider.
