Solidarity HealthShare does not have a network of providers, and our Members are able to see any provider they choose. Solidarity HealthShare does have a group of providers called Preferred Providers with whom we have established a Direct Agreement for services. Working with a Preferred Provider can ensure a smooth billing process, payment methods, and established billing rates.
Some of the many benefits to having a Direct Agreement with a Preferred Provider are:
- Pre-negotiated rates for services rendered.
- Provider bills Solidarity HealthShare directly.
- Through efforts of Provider Account Management, bills associated with Preferred Providers benefit from a streamlined process resulting in expedited bill processing and Pre-Notification times.
To nominate a provider, please complete and submit Provider Nomination Form.
Our Provider Relations Team will contact the provider to explain the benefits of becoming a Preferred Provider and begin negotiations with them to establish a formal relationship.
This process of becoming a Preferred Provider can take a minimum of three (3) months depending on the timeliness of the negotiations process.
